Hylam Sheets, also known as Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminate Sheets, are premium-grade thermoset plastic laminates made by impregnating layers of cotton fabric with phenolic resin under high pressure and temperature.
These sheets combine excellent mechanical strength with high dielectric properties, making them suitable for electrical insulation, machined parts, and wear-resistant components.
The fabric reinforcement enhances load-bearing capacity, shock resistance, and dimensional stability — far superior to paper-based laminates.
